At CUORE Pilates, we offer free shipping<\/strong> on all our equipment to Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and the Netherlands<\/strong>, provided that delivery is to the mainland<\/strong>, so you can receive your order with total peace of mind and no additional costs.<\/p>

For shipments to islands or other non-mainland territories<\/strong> of these countries, additional shipping costs<\/strong> may apply, which will be calculated based on the destination.<\/p>

For shipments to Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden<\/strong>, additional shipping costs will apply and will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.<\/p>

The included transport service covers curbside delivery.<\/strong> If you require the materials to be brought inside the premises, carried up to another floor, or placed within a specific room, this service can be arranged as an optional extra at an additional cost.<\/p>

This service can be added at the time of purchase by selecting it next to the product and adding it to your basket if you wish to include additional handling or installation. Delivery to your door and professional assembly <\/p>

At Cuore Pilates, we want you to receive your equipment in perfect condition and with complete peace of mind. That\u2019s why we offer a specialised service that includes delivery to your premises and professional assembly, tailored to your needs. <\/p>

This additional service of indoor delivery and professional assembly is only available in Spain and Portugal:<\/p>

Servicio de montaje<\/strong><\/h3>

If you already have the equipment in your facility, our technical team will take care
exclusively of the assembly:<\/p>

  • Complete assembly and commissioning of the equipment<\/li>
  • Final safety and operational check<\/li><\/ul>

    Service price per machine: \u20ac130 + VAT
    Important<\/b>: In this modality, the equipment must already be in its final position within the premises.<\/p>

    Delivery to floor service<\/span><\/h3>

    If you need the equipment to be moved from curbside to the interior of your facility<\/strong>, you can hire our delivery to floor<\/strong> service:<\/p>

    • Moving the machine from curbside to the specified floor.<\/li>
    • Handling and bringing the equipment inside the premises.<\/li>
    • Service performed by specialized personnel.<\/li><\/ul>

      Service price per machine: \u20ac200 + VAT<\/p>

      Important:<\/strong> This service exclusively includes the delivery and transfer of the machine to the specified floor. <\/span>It does not include the assembly, installation, or setup of the equipment.<\/strong> <\/span><\/h3>

      Delivery and assembly service<\/strong><\/h3>

      We take care of the whole process so you don\u2019t have to worry about a thing:<\/p>

      • Receipt of the goods at one of our logistics warehouses<\/li>
      • Delivery to your premises<\/li>
      • Delivery inside the premises<\/li>
      • Full assembly and final inspection<\/li><\/ul>

        Service price per machine: \u20ac230 + VAT<\/p>

        Terms of Service<\/strong><\/h2>
        • This service is available for standard ground-level entrances.<\/li>
        • In special cases (complex locations, access via stairs, need for
          additional staff, etc.), a possible additional cost will be assessed.<\/li>
        • A surcharge may apply in certain areas.<\/li>
        • Service available only in Spanish territory.<\/li><\/ul>

          International shipping<\/strong><\/h2>

          If you need shipping to a country outside the European Union, we will be happy to help you. Contact us and we will provide you with a personalised quote, including transport and all necessary information for export. <\/p>

          Returns Policy<\/strong><\/h2>

          Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>

          The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been used and is kept in its original packaging.<\/p>

          Return conditions<\/strong><\/h3>

          Products must be returned in new, unused condition and properly packaged. Pallets must be prepared for collection in the same conditions in which they were delivered. <\/p>

          Refund<\/strong><\/h3>

          Once the condition of the returned product has been verified, the corresponding
          refund will be processed. In case of delivery error or defective product, transport costs will be borne by CUORE PILATES & FITNESS S.L.
