At CUORE Pilates, we offer free shipping on all our equipment to Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and the Netherlands, provided that delivery is to the mainland, so you can receive your order with total peace of mind and no additional costs.
For shipments to islands or other non-mainland territories of these countries, additional shipping costs may apply, which will be calculated based on the destination.
For shipments to Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden, additional shipping costs will apply and will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.
The included transport service covers curbside delivery. If you require the materials to be brought inside the premises, carried up to another floor, or placed within a specific room, this service can be arranged as an optional extra at an additional cost.

If you need the equipment to be moved from curbside to the interior of your facility, you can hire our delivery to floor service:

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been used and is kept in its original packaging.
Products must be returned in new, unused condition and properly packaged. Pallets must be prepared for collection in the same conditions in which they were delivered.
Once the condition of the returned product has been verified, the corresponding
refund will be processed. In case of delivery error or defective product, transport costs will be borne by CUORE PILATES & FITNESS S.L.
In case of voluntary withdrawal, return transport costs will be borne by the buyer.
