At CUORE Pilates, we offer free delivery to mainland Spain and mainland Europe on most of our equipment, so you can receive your order with complete peace of mind and at no extra cost. For deliveries to islands, an additional charge applies, which will be calculated based on the destination and the size of the order. The transport service included covers delivery to the street level. If you require the goods to be brought into the premises, taken up to a specific floor or set up in a room, this service can be arranged as an additional service at an extra cost.

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been used and is kept in its original packaging.
Products must be returned in new, unused condition and properly packaged. Pallets must be prepared for collection in the same conditions in which they were delivered.
Once the condition of the returned product has been verified, the corresponding
refund will be processed. In case of delivery error or defective product, transport costs will be borne by CUORE PILATES & FITNESS S.L.
In case of voluntary withdrawal, return transport costs will be borne by the buyer.
