• All orders are subject to availability and approval by CUORE PILATES & FITNESS S.L..
• Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order; it is simply confirmation that we have received your order.

2. Price and Payment:

• The prices of Pilates machines are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments will be made using the payment methods available on the website. CUORE PILATES & FITNESS S.L. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of payment processing difficulties.
• The goods will only be dispatched once 100% of the payment has been received and confirmed before they leave our warehouse.

5. Returns and Exchanges:

• It is the user’s responsibility to follow the assembly, usage and maintenance instructions provided with the Pilates machine.
• CUORE PILATES & FITNESS S.L. accepts no liability for damage caused by improper use, negligence or unauthorised modifications.

7. Cancellation of Orders:

• CUORE PILATES & FITNESS S.L. reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as stock shortages, payment processing issues or pricing errors.

• These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with that law.
