Warranty – StartLite, StartPro, Advance, and Elite Series
- Frame (wood or aluminum):
- 3 years (StartLite, StartPro, and Advance)
- 5 years (Elite)
- Upholstery:
90 days. Covers manufacturing defects (seams or materials). Does not include damage from normal wear and tear, stains, cuts, burns, or chemical damage. - Elastomer and spring components (straps, cords, bands, etc.):
1 year. Does not cover wear and tear resulting from heavy use or natural aging. - Aluminum components, plastic parts, and fasteners:
2 years. Does not cover damage caused by impact, deformation, corrosion, or misuse. - All other components:
2 years.
