  • Processing of job applicants’ data: To manage the received CVs and carry out the recruitment process, including interviews and other necessary procedures to find the best candidate for a specific job position. If you do not provide your personal data, we will not be able to fulfill the purposes described.

In none of the processing activities will automated decisions be made based on the provided data.

How long will we retain your data?

  • Processing of potential customers’ and contacts’ data: The data will be retained as long as the interested party does not request its deletion, provided it is necessary for the purposes described. It will be deleted once it is no longer necessary for the stated purpose.
  • Customer data processing: The data will be retained as long as the interested party does not request its deletion and, as a maximum period, for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
  • Job applicants’ data processing: Two years from the last interaction.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

We indicate the legal basis for the processing of your data:

  • Processing of potential customers’ and contacts’ data:
    • Execution of a contract: Management of potential customers who have shown interest in our products and/or services and providing the requested quote. (GDPR, art. 6.1.b).
    • Consent of the data subject: To send promotional communications, including via electronic means. (GDPR, art. 6.1.a, LSSICE art. 21).
    • Legitimate interest of the Data Controller: Management of professional contact data (LOPDGDD art. 19, GDPR art. 6.1.f).
  • Processing of job applicants’ data:
    • Execution of a contract: Management of the CVs submitted by the candidate to carry out the recruitment process in search of the best possible candidate for a specific job position. (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
  • Processing of customer data:
    • Execution of a contract: To ship the purchased product, manage the fiscal, accounting, and administrative aspects of customers, and process payments correctly (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
    • Legitimate interest of the Data Controller: Sending commercial communications, including via electronic means. (GDPR Recital 47, LSSICE art. 21.2).

Who will your data be shared with?

  • Processing of potential customers’ and contacts’ data: Data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
  • Processing of customer data:

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not CUORE PILATES is processing personal data concerning them.

Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
