Mariana launched Wellness Project in April 2023 in Alcalá de Henares with an innovative approach within the Pilates sector. It currently has three studios in operation, a fourth under development, more than 700 students, and a team of 9 instructors. Its model is based on the exclusive use of Cadillac and reformer machines with towers from Cuore Pilates, allowing it to optimize space, simplify operations, and offer a complete workout with a single piece of equipment. This efficient and scalable approach has enabled rapid growth while maintaining a clear methodology and high quality in its machine-based Pilates classes.
