Street-level delivery:
- All our Pilates machines are delivered to the kerbside. This means that the carrier will leave the products at the most accessible location possible, usually on the pavement in front of your delivery address. We recommend that you have extra help on hand to move the pallets inside your centre or studio.
Bulky pallets:
- As our products, particularly our Pilates machines, are usually delivered on large pallets, it is essential to take the dimensions into account and ensure there is sufficient space to receive the delivery. We recommend preparing the necessary space in advance to ensure a smooth delivery.
Delivery Schedule:
- Our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that suits your schedule. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details during the checkout process to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.
Returns:
We understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to return a product. Here are the details of our returns process:
Right of Withdrawal
- The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. The period begins from the date of receipt of the product. To exercise this right, the customer must notify CUORE PILATES & FITNESS SL by email at admin@cuorepilates.com. The cost of the product will be refunded, excluding delivery charges.
Return Policy:
- Please ensure that you return the products in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Bulky pallets must be prepared for transport in the same way as they were delivered.
Returns Process:
- Once you have notified us of your intention to return an item, our team will coordinate the returns process with you. This may include arranging for a courier to collect the item.
Refund:
- Once we have received and checked the condition of the returned item, we will issue the relevant refund in accordance with the returns policy of CUORE PILATES & FITNESS S.L.
- In the event of cancellation, the buyer is responsible for the delivery costs; only the cost of the product will be refunded.
